CEO Alice Montague and Founder Anna Stuck have recently welcomed three new team members to Clare – signalling a new chapter in the growth and evolution of the foundation, including newly-formed Strategic Funding Leads and a key support role.
Robyn Langlands joins as the Strategic Funding Lead for the Environment, a role that harnesses her skills in the not-for-profit sector, various research roles, and as a Clinical Psychologist. Robyn also Co-Founded the Kaibosh Food Rescue, a unique charity that links the food industry with community groups that support people in need ensuring that quality surplus food reaches those who are struggling rather than being needlessly discarded.
In place as the Strategic Funding Lead for Youth Wellbeing, Stevie-Jean Gear joins Clare with eight years’ experience working within the Youth sector, having spent time in both the Community and Public sectors; advising, mentoring and creating youth programmes. Stevie-Jean brings a range of diverse knowledge in both youth development and working within Te Ao Māori.
Zoë Williams rounds off the new trio as Administration & Operations Manager, supporting the Clare Foundation team to be an effective organisation and an exceptional place to work. Zoë’s background in various administration, support and customer experience roles perfectly compliments her ambition to contribute to mahi that makes a difference in the world, while working with passionate and caring people.
“We have been on an extensive search for just the right people to join our team and I am delighted we have found such exceptionally talented, energetic and wonderful women in Robyn, Stevie-Jean and Zoë,” says Alice Montague.
One more new starter – Strategic Lead for Oral Health – is set to be announced soon, completing the Clare Foundation line up.
